There is a bit of a learning curve on this! I'm getting it though

It's kind of like a bicycle Shirley. You get on, start moving, get a few wedgies along the way  but eventually you figure it out.

We need more folks to chat here!  Let's leave the politics and religion on the sidelines and just get to know each other again.   I'll start!

I headed to Stillwater after graduation.  Should have gone for the diploma instead of the marriage license.

Marriage ended in 1986.

DJ came into my life in 1992.  I got married in 1993.  DJ chose not to acknowlege being married until a couple of years ago because he contended that he never asked me to marry him so he was not married, only his wife was

I've been a jack of many trades, master of a few and finally settled in as Senior Admin for a locally owned commercial real estate company.

Then there is my work with Ely our giant puppy.  He has me involved in all sorts of stuff!  That I'll save for another time ... maybe the reunion?! LOL

Speaking of politics and religion, I hear Gary Sherrill is going to start posting messages on here. Is that true? I can only imagine what would happen if he and Mike Merrill started telling their jokes in this forum. John, do you have editing capabilities???

Hey everyone, we had a great committee meeting tonight. John joined us all the way from CA and watched us down the burgers and dogs (Skype is great). Brittany is getting the menu finalized, Shirley is working on decor, Julie is looking for folks that will be willing to help set up on Friday and Saturday nights, we have a little entertainment that should be fun scheduled for Saturday evening, and Gary, wellllll, he's being Gary (thank goodness he married Tracey!).

I hope you all are looking forward to our event. We've been having lots of fun planning it. We had a BUNCH of checks come in this weekend. THANK YOU!!!  We now feel much more comfortable with our plans at the Hard Rock and at D'Novo's. We were getting worried that Merrill was going to have to come up with a debt settlement plan but you all have bailed him out.

We'll keep you posted.

Oh Jack, recently I was thinking back on the days of cruising Peoria!  It has changed a LOT.  Memorial is now the main drag and the kids today are more daredevil than we were   It would be fun to cruise Peoria again.  Hey!  Maybe I can get the Mistress for that night!

The Mistress

Does anyone remember the Funeral for Peoria as the main drag?  Seems to me it was our Jr. year and her 'death' as the drag didn't really take place until several years later.

Jack, thank you for your research on the Missing Chargers.

Thats awesome Shirley!  Who would have thought 30 years ago, we have this kind of technology to plan our reunion with?

Absolutely!  This was Star Trek stuff.

I'm concerned about how stressed the Calhoun Kitty is though ...

What is summer cocktail? Is it shorts with an olive or lime hat.

K. John Lee

Tom...for you, it is shorts, Aloha shirt, cocktail in hand, smile on your face and a parrot on your shoulder.

Summer cocktail...can also mean, "just be there!"
